Alicia returns to Crossfire for her 2nd season. She has called Marietta home for the past 15 years. She played basketball, soccer, and lacrosse while attending Hillgrove High School and was named team captain of the lacrosse team her senior year as a starting defender. She went on to play with the Shorter University Hawks in Rome, Georgia. At Shorter, Alicia started as a midfielder, led the team in assists, and was named team captain by her teammates and coaches. She was awarded the "Lady Hawk Award" for her leadership on and off the field for the University. Her college lacrosse career was short-lived due to a back injury, but she has used it as an opportunity to become more knowledgeable in strength training, conditioning, and recovery. She has since become a certified personal trainer and sports nutritionist as she continues to pursue an education in physical therapy. Alicia has mentored and coached girls in the community for over 5 years. In the spring of 2014, Alicia was the community coach for the Walker school.
